  • Legal advice or workplace safety consultations

Account Terms

  • You must be 18+ to use the Service
  • One account per person
  • You are responsible for account security
  • We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations

Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

  • Share or resell your account/materials
  • Scrape, copy, or distribute our content
  • Reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Use bots or automated tools
  • Misrepresent our materials as official OSHA content

Intellectual Property

  • All content is owned by OSHA.study or licensors
  • You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license
  • OSHA® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Labor (we are not affiliated)

Refund Policy

All sales final for digital goods. No refunds except for technical issues preventing access.

  • Refunds only if: technical failure preventing access within 7 days
  • No refunds for: change of mind, failing exams, or not completing materials

  • No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or exam success
  • You still need authorized OSHA training for certification
  • We are not liable for workplace accidents or safety violations

Liability Limitations

  • Our liability is limited to amount you paid us (max $100)
  • Not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Not liable for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits

Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes resolved through binding arbitration (not court)
  • Class action waiver - individual claims only
  • Informal resolution required before arbitration
